Update Group Port Mirroring InstanceDescription
Create a new Port Mirroring Instance if the Port Mirroring Instance with
given id does not already exist. If the Port Mirroring Instance with the
given id already exists, patch with the existing Port Mirroring Instance.

The server will populate this field when returing the resource. Ignored on PUT and POST.
Protection status is one of the following: PROTECTED - the client who retrieved the entity is not allowed to modify it.
