Add-AttestationServiceInfo

This cmdlet adds an attestation service information, which comes from the TrustAuthorityAttestationService that runs in the Trust Authority system or its detailed information in the workload vCenter Server system.

TrustAuthorityAttestationService[] named

  • Specifies the Trust Authority attestation services that you want to retrieve from the Trust Authority system.

    VIServer[] named Specifies the vCenter Server systems on which you want to run the cmdlet. If no value is provided or $null value is passed to this parameter, the command runs on the default servers. For more information about default servers, see the description of the Connect-VIServer cmdlet.

    String named Specifies the service address that you want to retrieve from the service address in the Trust Authority attestation service in the Trust Authority system.

    String named Specifies the service group that you want to retrieve from the service group in the Trust Authority attestation service in the Trust Authority system.

    TAClusterId
    String named Specifies the Trust Authority cluster ID which you want to retrieve from the Trust Authority cluster ID in the running Trust Authority attestation service in the Trust Authority system.

    FilePath
    String named Specifies a file that stores the X509Chain data you want to use to connect to the Trust Authority attestation service. Either this parameter or the TrustedCA should be specified.

    Server
    VIServer[] named Specifies the vCenter Server systems on which you want to run the cmdlet. If no value is provided or $null value is passed to this parameter, the command runs on the default servers. For more information about default servers, see the description of the Connect-VIServer cmdlet.

    Int32 named Specifies the number of the service port which is retrieved from the service port in the Trust Authority attestation service in the Trust Authority system.

    TrustedCA
    X509Chain named Specifies the Trusted Certificate Authority which you want to retrieve from the Trusted Certificate Authority in the running Trust Authority attestation service in the Trust Authority system. Either this parameter or the FilePath should be specified.

    Example 1

    $attestService = Get-TrustAuthorityAttestationService -Server trustAuthoritySystem
    Add-AttestationServiceInfo -AttesattionService $attestService -Server workloadSystem

    Adds the attestation service information to the workload vCenter Server system by specifying the TrustAuthorityAttesationService objects retrieved from the Trust Authority system.

    $attestService = Get-TrustAuthorityAttestationService -Server trustAuthoritySystem | select -First 1
