Get-VMHostTPM

This cmdlet retrieves the TPM 2.0 devices from the specified host.

Syntax

-VMHost  <VMHost[]>
[-Server  <VIServer[]>]
[CommonParameters]

Parameters

  • Specifies the hosts on which you want to get TPM.

    Server
    VIServer[] named Specifies the vCenter Server systems on which you want to run the cmdlet. If no value is provided or $null value is passed to this parameter, the command runs on the default servers. For more information about default servers, see the description of the Connect-VIServer cmdlet.

    String[] named Specifies the IDs of the TPM you want to retrieve.

    VIServer[] named Specifies the vCenter Server systems on which you want to run the cmdlet.     Example 1

    Connect-VIServer -Server $vCenterAddress -User myroot -Password mypassword
    Get-VMHostTPM -VMHost $esxiAddress

    Retrieves the TPM 2.0 devices info of the specified host.

    Example 2

    Connect-VIServer -Server $vCenterAddress -User myroot -Password mypassword
    Get-VMHostTPM -Id myTpmId

    Retrieves the TPM 2.0 devices info corresponding to the specified TPM Id.
