New-KmipClientCertificate
This cmdlet creates a new self-signed certificate or certificate-signing request for the key management server cluster.

Creates a self-signed client certificate for the $keyProvider key provider.

Creates a certificate-signing request for the $keyProvider key provider and exports it to the $filePath file path.
