Remove-VAIOFilter

This cmdlet uninstalls VAIO filters from the clusters on which they are installed. In case of failure, the exception references to the VAIOFilter as target object.

Syntax

-Filter  <VAIOFilter[]>
[-Server  <VIServer[]>]

  • Specifies the VAIO filter to be uninstalled from the cluster.

  • Specifies the vCenter Server systems on which you want to run the cmdlet. If no value is provided or $null value is passed to this parameter, the command runs on the default servers. For more information about default servers, see the description of Connect-VIServer.

    Example 1

    Remove-VAIOFilter -Filter $filter -Confirm:$false

    Uninstalls the $filter VAIO filter from the cluster it is installed on without asking for user confirmation.
