Get-VDTrafficShapingPolicy
This cmdlet retrieves the traffic shaping policy for distributed ports. For distributed port group and vSphere distributed switch parameter sets, the default port policy at the distributed port group or switch level is retrieved.

Retrieves the engress traffic shaping policies of all ports inside a distributed port group named "MyVDPortgroup".
