vRealize Automation - WorkItem Service

The work item service provides a standard way for services to present work items to users. It manages the life-cycle of a work item and passes events back to the system that created it.

Work Item

A work item represents a piece of work that must be carried out by an end user. Examples of work items are:

• An approval request
• A manual asd user action
• Reclamation request

Available Use Cases

• Retrieve available workitem types, its available actions and forms
• Submit ASD action
• Approve reclamation request
