vRealize Automation property definition and property group tool kit

I figured I'd share what I just put together since the vRO plugin for vRA only has create and delete workflows and associated actions.  This package adds the ability to copy between vRA instances, overwrite existing items, change the scope of visibility and some other minor tweaking.  I'll likely be expanding the functionality as time goes by but my main goal was to be able to sync my environments.  The cloud client does not support global property definitions (and likely doesn't with property groups either).  This allows you to easily flop back and forth if you so desire.  This is a 0.0.1 release so be wary of buglets!
