Hot Add Memory and CPU

The script hot adds CPU and Memory to a VM .

It facilitates adding the CPU and Memory in a incremental steps specificed by the user.

It takes input from the user and is interactive.

Flow of the script :

Take the name of the VM to hot add

Enables hot add config on the VM

Set the VM to its initial configuration or leave the existing configuration

Hot add CPU and Memory specified
