1. vRA and Horizon View Integration (On-Prem)
- Using vRA consumes a XaaS Service to Provision a Virtual Desktop.
- Using vRO AD plug-in �� ���Add users to group members��� to add User Name captured in Step 1
- Insert assumed AD groups entitled to Horizon View Desktop Pools; user has access
- Users get entitled to the specified desktop pool. They can get a machine for floating pools or automatically assigned dedicated pools
- End User Gets Notification to Login via Horizon View Client, which includes a common address (e.g., MyEUCWorkspace.vmware.com); vRA native notifications leveraged.
2. vRA and Horizon Cloud Integration (Off-Prem)
- Using vRA AD Plug-In consumes a XaaS Service to Entitle a User to a Horizon Cloud Desktop.
- Using vRO AD plug-in �� ���Add users to group members��� to add User Name captured in Step 1
- Given assumed AD groups entitled to existing Horizon Cloud Desktop Pools; user has access
