VM vCPU Multiplier v3 Super Metric

VM vCPU * 3 defined on the OS object discovered by Telegraf. I had to create this super metric on the OS object such that I could compare it to the Processor Queue Length \r\nmetric discovered by Telegraf. It\'s defined on OS objects, enabled in the default policy, and looks like this.\r\n\r\nsum({ Virtual Machine: CPU|Provisioned vCPU(s) , depth=-1})*3
