VMware VM Availability

This dashboard was designed to show down VMs.  It was created in vROps 8.01.  In cooperation with the dashboard, I created one Alert (VM Availability Alert.xml) and three Symptoms (VM Availability Symptoms.xml) to discover down VMs.  They can be found here: https://github.com/brockpeterson/vrops_dashboards.
